1.)In the event you receive a damaged/defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you are required to get in touch with the customer service team of AtoZpe.com whatsapp and mail.

2) Upon receiving your complaint, AtoZpe.com shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint. If AtoZpe.com is convinced that the complaint is genuine, AtoZpe.com will inform the relevant merchant of such complaint and request for a replacement.

3) Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered. If you observe that the package is damaged or tampered, AtoZpe.com requests you to refuse to accept delivery and inform AtoZpe.com at the earliest.

4) The return process of the product may be restricted by AtoZpe.com depending on the nature and category of the product.

5) In order to return any products sold through the AtoZpe.com platform, you are required to comply with the following conditions-

a) For non-damaged/ non-defective product manufacturer/service provider shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order,

b) Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices, etc.

c) It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit; vii.

Items purchased with AtoZpe.com are only eligible for exchange.
Items sold at discounts/clearance or during a promotional offer cannot be exchange.
Exchange products should be unwashed, unused, unworn.
In case of exchange, if the replacement item you want is of higher value, you’ll have to pay the difference amount (via. Payment link /UPI).
We will initiate any exchange only after the exchange item is received to us. We will be unable to process any return for the items appear to have been used, worn, washed, altered or damaged in any way.
Please note that the product exchanged once will not be exchanged second time.
